2ConnectU Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

These Terms of Use are the End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and 2ConnectU. You must explicitly accept them to create an account and to keep using the app. If you do not agree, do not use 2ConnectU.

1. Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to use 2ConnectU. By registering you declare that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. Objectionable content and abusive behavior (zero tolerance)

It is prohibited to post, send or share on 2ConnectU — in your profile, messages, stories, comments or in any other way — content or behavior that:

• Harasses, bullies, threatens, intimidates or stalks other users.
• Promotes hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic.
• Contains nudity, pornography or explicit sexual content, or sexual content without consent.
• Involves, sexualizes or appears to involve minors in any way.
• Depicts, incites or threatens violence, self-harm or suicide.
• Is spam, a scam, or unsolicited commercial content.
• Impersonates another person or is otherwise illegal.

There is no tolerance for this content or for users who post it. When we confirm a violation we remove the content and permanently ban (eject) the account, without prior notice.

4. How we keep 2ConnectU safe

• Filtering: text (names, bios, messages, stories, comments) is automatically checked against a list of objectionable terms and rejected if it matches, and images are reviewed by automated moderation before they are published.
• Reporting: you can report any profile, chat message, story or comment from inside the app (profile screen, the ⋯ menu in a chat or story, or by long-pressing a message or comment).
• Blocking: you can block any user. A blocked user can no longer message you, and their profile, stories, comments and conversation disappear for you immediately.
• Hiding: you can remove any story from your feed immediately; reporting a story also hides it.
• Review within 24 hours: our team reviews every report within 24 hours and, when it violates these terms, removes the content and ejects the user who posted it.

5. User-generated content

You are solely responsible for the content you post (messages, profile photos, stories, comments). We may moderate, hide or remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Subscriptions and payments

2ConnectU Plus and profile Boost are processed through the App Store / Google Play via RevenueCat. Refunds are handled directly with the corresponding store, according to their policies.

2ConnectU Plus is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time from your store account settings (on iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your 2ConnectU account does not cancel the subscription.

7. Limitation of liability

2ConnectU is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability or the accuracy of information other users post on their profiles.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes within the app.
